Am I qualified enough to test health related examination like Hepatitis A, B and C?
Please someone tell me that if I would get PhD degree in Medical Microbiology would I be able to do all health related tests like Hepatitis A, B and C?

Yes as a phd in microbiology you will be able to verify and identify test and samples with particular pathogens , bacteria and viruses ,in some places you will be fully able to give or present diagnosis as you will be having the perfect knowledge of their life cycle , their pathogenesis and their multiple and areas of spread
