Any one requiring management books for UPSC exams free of cost? I am currently in Delhi


dear friends, i have all management books and any person has taken management as an optional in upsc or in any other exam i would like to give him books free of cost. Books are new and are of edition so the people who want can contact me between 1 pm to 2 pm till 5th of august on number 08882712777. I am in delhi so the people living near by can contact since it will be feasible for me to give books.

if i have 44% in 10th or 54.50% 12th and I was failed in BBA 4th sem but now I complitede my graduation.
So now, am I eligible for IAS???????????
