Re: Which is the best between B.Tech and BSc?
In the job market certainly B.Tech qualification carries more value. You can expect better job prospects as well higher salary after B.Tech. But it is important you select the specialisation based on your career aspiration. Like if you are interest Botany then joining for engineering stream is not the right decision. You should in that case pursue M.Sc too for better career prospects.

Re: Which is the best between B.Tech and BSc?
Both the courses are Good. The choice may depend on the following:
1. If engineering is your passion and you want to represent yourself in the engineering world then you should definitely go for B.tech. 2. If you have an interest in a particular subject and you want to further study that subject and carry on with it and go into some research field than surely you should go for B.Sc. |

In pakistan most of the people want to complete BSC civil engineering as compare to b-tech civil engineering because through BSC, pakistan engineering council will give u engineering card and they cannot give u card by b-tech civil. so is this a good policy????

B.Sc is Bachelor of Science. B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology. B.Tech is a professional course. After passing B.Tech you will become engineer. There are many branch of engineering like:- > Maniacal Engineering > Aeronautical Engineering > Civil Engineering > Electrical Engineering etc After passing B.Sc you have option of teaching and M.B.A etc. B.Sc is not a technical course. ALL THE BEST! |

Re: Which is the best between B.Tech and BSc?
hi,
B.Sc-(Bachelor of Science) B.Tech-(Bachelor of Technology) if you will do B.tech you will become engineer. There are many fields in the B.Tech you can opt what you like. If you do B.sc. chances of getting job is less in the current market you have to either have to prepare for banking exam or other government exam. in B.Tech you can get placemant in the good MNC. |

Re: Which is the best between B.Tech and BSc?
BSc or BTech
There is a lot of misconceptions and confusions among students when it comes to choosing BSc or Btech after 12th. A common misconception is BTech (engineering) is better than BSc (pure science), while a few confident students stick to BSc as their career goals are clear. Some feel BTech is tough and they won’t be able to perform up to the expected level, while others feel BSc is way too easy. To remove this confusion and misconceptions, we look a the different aspects, scope, difficulty level, career prospects etc., involved in these two courses and may be help you in choosing either BSc or Btech. years of study BSc 3-4 years BTech 4-5 years study focus BSc Basic science (pure science) BTech Applied science (technical / technological) content BSc Broad and theoretical BTech Practical and technical flexibility BSc The content is general with no specific changes / option for selecting a specialisation. You need to do M.Sc / M.Tech / M.E / MBA for specialisation. BTech It’s designed on individual field of engineering with an option to choose further specialisation / elective, in the final year, under your chosen field. This helps you focus on your specific area of interest. route to higher studies BSc Science & Research B.Sc M.Sc Doctorate Management B.Sc MBA / P.G. Diploma Engineering B.Sc M.Sc M.Tech / M.E BTech Engineering & Research B.Tech / B.E M.Tech / M.E Doctorate Management B.Tech MBA / P.G. Diploma curriculum rigour BSc Comfortable. Students need to be good with Science and maths subjects. BTech Tough and demanding. Students need to be excellent in Science, especially Maths subjects. career prospects after graduation BSc MEDIUM – since the course is general in nature, you need to complete M.Sc to get a good start to your career. BTech Comparatively, career prospects after graduation in engineering is GOOD – the choice of engineering discipline + further specialisation under it gives an edge to choose and follow your career goals in that segment. However, for better and higher career prospects M.Tech / MBA is recommended. which one to choose – BSc or Btech BSc If you are comfortable with basic science and are more inclined to non-technical aspects of science, B.Sc is a good choice, and coupled with M.Sc you can make good progress in your career. BTech If you are interested in the technical side of science, designs, calculations etc., and ready to do take on a demanding and challenging route, B.Tech is the right choice. higher study choices BSc If you are interested in research work, you may do Masters (MSc) and then PhD.If you are interested in management stuff, go for an MBA after B.Sc. BTech If core engineering stuff is your forte / research work, you may do your Masters (M.Tech / M.E) and later PhD.If management and business interests you, go for an MBA after B.Tech / B.E. Note: Not every engineer is successful or earning huge income, and not all pure science students are struggling. Remember, in the long run – i.e, in a job, it is “performance” – how well you execute your skills and not the “percentage” of your degree certificate that counts. Hence, opt for a course that will enhance your present skills further and the one you have confidence in. |

Re: Which is the best between B.Tech and BSc?
HELLO.......
<< If u are doing BSC there is very little chance for getting Job in Industries, but for B.Tech there are lot of Vacany. So to earn Money it is better to do B.Tech & to studies & further education after graduation better to do BSC. <<The BTech in computer science is a better option as compared to the BSc course. BTech (bachelor of technology) is a technical professional degree (engineering) which has good career prospects. The BTech course is completed in 4 years as against the BSc (graduation degree in science) which is a 3 year course. After doing a BSc to build a successful career you will need to pursue post graduate studies in a subject of your choice since the BSc alone is not job oriented, unlike BTech which is a job oriented qualification. |

Mechanical engineering 2. Computer science engineering 3. Information technology 4. Electrical and electronics engineering 5. Electronics and communication engineering 6. Civil engineering The best B.Sc courses are 1. Maths 2. Physics 3. Chemistry 4. Computers 5. Electronics 6. Statistics etc all the best |

Re: Which is the best between B.Tech and BSc?
Hai, you want to know about B.Tech and B.Sc. In my view B.Sc is best compared to B.Tech.
We all know the B.Sc can complete in 3 years. We can study easily B.Sc and competition for this is less. We can complete B.Sc with average percentage. After completion of B.Sc we can study M.Sc which takes two year. After completion of M.Sc we can get jobs easily Where as B.Tech course time is 4 years. We can't study easily because the competition is high for B.Tech. And if you complete with average percentage, then you can't get job. |
