General Age Limit is 21-30 years. but there is relaxation is available for reserved category....

OBC relaxation in upper age +3 years...

SC/ST relaxation in upper age +5 years...

A candidate can apply maximum 4 attempts for General for OBC it is Maximum 7 times for SC/ST there is No Limit....
