I am studying in msc bio-chemistry final year, i wanted to take NET coaching

I am completed BSC agri degree , I belong to OBC , i heard about free scholarship coaching to students who pass in enterence exam for coaching classes.. Is it true am i eligible for that , if so how to do ? How to register myself for that exam??
