Is it better to do MSc in UK or USA after completing BSc Biotechnology

Im pursuing btech biotech in india!! Is it better to do forgo my aim of studyin pg in abroad!! If it is positive. Uk or usa is better a choice??

Is MS & Msc the same in US?
Whenever I check for universities offering Msc biotechnology course I only get results of MS biotechnology. Can you please tell me which university exactly offers Msc biotechnology course and the admission criteria
