You haven't mentioned from which institution you are pursuing MCA. They must have there own course and course materials. I would suggest you to refer the books your institution have in their syllabus. At the end of the session they will prepare questions based on there syllabus.
Hence, if i refer you any books without knowing the name of the institution, it would be on assumption basis and it might not match with your course books.
For referring a particular subject or point you can refer the books of other authors as well apart from the institutional course but not for preparing for exams.
