There are so many Guides
in which you gwt all topics .
but if you are looking for Text book
then go throghly to NCERT .
NCERT covers all portion of AIEEE
and you also prefer Comprehensive Text Book.

Answer is no.
There is no such book.
You have to prepare seperately for each subject i.e Physics, maths & chemistry.

Since in AIEEE are not so tough, preparation can be done from NCERT also, if you want to do further , then refer these:
Physics: HC Verma, Irodov, Pradeep
Chemistry: JD Lee, Pradeep, OP Tandon
Maths: RD Sharma, Arihant, SL Loni
