HELLO FRIEND,
firstly clear out all your basic concepts from 12th standard books. thyen move for some good books like, TATA MC GRAW HILLS, O P TONDONS good for chmestry, VISHAL'S , H C Verma, Best book ERODO for problems solving in physics. then ARIHANT also good. After all you try for sample papers of TANUSHREE, etc.
gud luck

For IIT JEE first of all try to clear your basic concepts by reading NCERT in Physics,Chemistry and Maths.

After you complete these books then you can move on to other hardcore books like

Physics :HC Verma,Arhant
Chemistry:OP Tondon,Arihant
Maths:ML Khanna or RD Sharma

Try these books and one good advice i would give you that never flood yourself with lots of books.Better first complete 1 book thoroughly and then go for other books

look dude if you want to qualify IIT-JEE with good marks & want good rank in that then don't go through much no. of books specially for theory. follow only one book for theory but for numerical follow atleast 2-3 books.
there are some good books--
fundamentals of physis--jhon wiley publication-- writer halliday resnick walker for theory & numerical both, insted of this you can use mcq series for numericals
for chemistry physical & inorganic use modern abc & for organic use solomons--jhonwiley publication
for math-- use iit mathematics -- by M L khanna & books by K C sinha

dear friend,
now a days IIT choose only fresh & appearing student & question level is not very tough as compare with previous year question papers.

so you need not to study many books, but you have to follow the text book which is NCERT for all three subjects.

Then try to revise it so many times, then it is better for you to join any test series of good institutions, which will help you to judge yourself very well.

There are so many reference books are available in market & names are already mentioned by many friends above, you can choose any one of it but always try to revise NCERT books.

good luck.
