According to my research in internet. I will provide the details about few books so please have a look at it.

Physics Vol I&II by David Haliday and Resnick (for basic concepts)

Mechanics - D.S. Mathur, B.S. Agarwal

For physics there are many other books also just have a look into the attachment which I'm uploaded at the end of this post.

For Chemistry follow a few books like.

Principals of physical chemistry - Puri, Sharma & Pathawa

Advance physical chemistry - Gurdeep Raj

and many more books are there just have a look into the attachment for complete info on books to be followed for each topic ...
