i am a fresher and have no knowledge about what exams are there for railway jobs?
please tell me.

Indian railway have various entry scheme,and they have various qualification standard.

Hi, im a final year B.E civil Engineering student and im a girl. im very much interested to work in Railway Department. i just wanted to know what type of exams should i undergo? When will those exams be conducted? How to apply for those exams?

and other thing is that gov of india had publish a lot of job oppotunity to entrance in railway
driver , TT , Engine man and orther job are also related to railway just for engg.

I dont have much knowl;edge about civil engg. but u can visit indian railway block and get alot of information valueable for u...

If you are interested in railway jobs then you can apply for SCRA and other railway exams conducted by UPSC.

Indian Railway Job :

If you are interest in the Indian Railway job then many vacancy

comes out for the railway job. Please read the employment news

regularly because the vacancy comes out in the employment news.

You can also appear in the SCRA exam if you have completed 12th

class. It is the high level job of Indian Railway. SCRA exam is conducted

by UPSC on behalf of Ministry of Railway.

There are seperate exam for seperarte posts.

For appearing in these exam you should examine the employement news regularly.

Part I Written examination-600 Marks
Part II Personality Test-200 Marks only For those candidates who are declared qualified on the results of written examination.....

Maximum Marks: 200
Time Allowed 2 hours

Paper was consists of English and General Knowledge questions...
Paper-II

Physical Sciences

Paper consists of Physics and Chemistry questions..
