Dear friend, you should begin preparing for IIT and AIEEE from the basic concepts. For this NCERT 11th and 12th books of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are the best. But this is not sufficient. You need to have advanced knowledge. I would recommend you following books:
For Physics-
*H. C. Verma Part 1 and 2
*Concepts of Mechanics, Arihant Publications
*Thermodynamics, Arihant Publications
For Chemistry-
*Morrison Boyed
For Mathematics-
*Differential Calculus, Arihant Publications
Books of Arihant are really good.
Some tips:-
#Join a good test series.
#Solve last 5 years question papers.
#Give equal time to all subjects.

HI!

Engineering entrance exam generally base on the concept of physics, maths and chemistry..
So for preparation for entrance exam first read you N.C.E.R.T book..

When read N.C.E.R.T books after that you can solve the numerical from the referance book like Pradeep, Denish, Modern ABC..

After that solve previous year question paper..

You can read:-

H.C Verma For physics,
A.K Jain for maths
O.P TEndoion For chemistry.

GOOD LUCK!

For IIT JEE these are the few books which should be referred
Physics - NCERT and then Arihant
Chemistry - NCERT (A Must) and thenArihant
Maths - Ml Khanna or RD Sharma and then Arihant
After referring the above books you should also refer to the question papers which will help you to get anidea about the exam pattern. Also stick to the syllabus.
The books are easily available in a local bookstore. If not then you can buy it from the website of Arihant,NCERT.
