I have completed my diploma in chemical engineering 10+3, age 21, degree dropout. Can I join para special forces? If yes then how? What is the procedure?

To join in para special forces, one has to appear for National Defence examination after the completion of class 12th from a recognised board. If the candidate has qualified in NDA then he has to choose Indian Army and the graduation is completed and training is done and after successful completion of training one will become a part of the Indian Army
aspirants can join in para special forces by appearing for an 6 months training and also can go through experience.

Eligibility Criteria:-

The candidate must be an Indian citizen.

The candidate must have passed 10th or equivalent examination form a recognised Board of Education.

Age limit is between in 18 to 23 years.

Selection process involves of Aptitude Test followed by interview and pre-joining fitness test.

Physical Requirements for Commandos:-

Height: Minimum 165 cm

Weight: Minimum 60kg

Chest: Minimum 80 cm ( with expansion of 5 cm )

Eyesight: 6/6 with no defects.
