Can electronics engineer apply for indian engineering services 2013 exam

YES, Electronics Engineers can apply for the Engineering services exams conducted by UPSC.
Infact you just need to be a BE/BTECH pass to apply for this exam.

Candidates age should be ebtween 21a nd 30 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

Notification for the 2013 IES exams would come out on 16th March 2013
Exam would be held from 28th June 2013

Detailed notification would be released on the website of UPSC www.upsc.gov.in
