Can I appear for CTET while being in 3rd semester of B.Ed?

Hi, presently I am in my 3rd semester of B.Ed. Am I eligible to appear in CTET in this upcoming December, 2019 exam session? If yes, then what is the last date to submit application form for CTET Dec'19 exam session?

No being in 3rd semester of B.Ed course you are not eligible to appear in CTET examination.
The candidate must have completed B.Ed in order to appear in CTET examination and candidates who are in 4th semester are also eligible.
