I am a 11th class student. I wish to register for CPT exam next year. I heard that there is test connecting with CA and B.com. is ther any?

You have asked a question that often comes to many student. CA is a course that can be started right after your 12th class. The exam is conducted in 3 stages which are as given below:-

CPT
IPCC
CA Mains

Registration in the CA office remain open for the whole year and you can register any time in the year but at the time of exam you must complete your 12th otherwise you will not consider cleared in your CPT.

Procedure to apply :-

Get A form or download it or you can get it through courier also
Then fill it and send it to the regional office
You can pay the fees online as well as offline

As of now you are not eligible so register yourself after 6 months

CPT exams or Common Profiency tests are held in June and December each year

Next CPT exams would be held on 16th June 2013
Forms for this exam would be filled from 3rd April 2013 to 24th April 2013

Candidates who have appeared in class12th exam or have passed class 12th exam can apply
They need to register for the CPT course before 1st April 2013

In the CPT exams questions are asked from the below sections:

Fundamentals of accounting
Mercantile LAWS

General economics
Quantitative Aptitude

So, you can apply for the CPT exams when you are in class 12th.
