Can I apply for IIT JAM 2019 having cleared graduation in Mechanical Engineering?
I have completed my graduation in Mechanical Engineering last year. Am I eligible to appear in IIT JAM 2019 for M.Sc Physics? Subjects related to Physics in my first four semester of Engineering was:
1. Engineering Physics 2. Engineering Mechanics & Basic Electrical Engineering 3. Thermodynamics & Fluid Mechanics 4. Electronics and Electrical Engineering |

The essential criteria to get admission in IIT for M.Sc Physics is that:
You must have studied Physics for two years (four semester) and Mathematics for one year (two semesters) in bachelor's degree. If you meet this criteria then only, you can apply for this exam. If you are not eligible then apply for GATE to get admission in M.Tech in Mechanical engineering. |
