I have completed my B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering & M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Can I apply for the Management Trainee jobs by writing GATE 2015 in Mechanical stream. If so please specify the companies which can accept Gate 2015 score in Mechanical stream without a mandatory condition that candidates should posses B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering stream.

As per the eligibility criteria, your B.Tech degree is considered for educational qualification, not M.Tech degree, for GATE exam.

There are very few PSU for Aeronautical Engineering candidates.

Eligibility criteria for HAL :

General/ OBC candidates should have secured 65% marks and SC/ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% Marks. in the aggregate (average of marks scored for all the Semesters/ Years).
