As per age criteria, you are eligible for NDA exam 2017.

NDA stands for National Defence Service exam.

Candidates who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam 2017. Final year of 12th standard candidate are eligible for NDA exam 2017.

Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19.5 years.

Yes, you can apply for NDA exam 2017. Only candidates who have age between 16.5 to 19 years can apply for NDA exam. As your age will be 19 years so you can apply for it. But make sure your DOB falls between the defined criteria of NDA exam. Defined DOB criteria for NDA Exam (II) 2016 was 2 January 1998 and 1 January 2001. NDA Exam (I) DOB criteria has not released yet.

As you wish to apply for NDA (I) exam 2017, so currently notifications for this exam has not released yet.

To be eligible for NDA Exam, your DOB must lie between the mentioned DOB range in the NDA notifications.

• Recently, NDA II Exam was conducted on 18th September 2016.
• DOB criteria was defined as 2 January 1998 and 1 January 2001.
• So, if your age falls in between this range, then you were eligible for NDA II Exam 2016.

For, NDA I Exam 2017, you will have to wait for notifications that will release on 18th January 2017 along with Online Application form.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy. NDA/NA entrance exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission every year two times for recruitment of candidates into different wings of Defence like Navy, Army, Air Force.
