I am retired form army in low medical category after 17 yrs in service own request. As per civil medical i am fit and in discharge book also mentioned there FIT for civil employment. may see the next year bpsc exam

Physical fitness is not mandatory to appear and get the final selection in BPSC. PwD ( Person with Disability ) are having specail reservation.

So, if you have the required educational qualification and falls within the age limit criteria then you can appear for the examination and after qualifying in all the stages eligible for final selection. For more information visit at www.bpsc.bih.nic.in.

The Eligibility criteria for BPSC 2022:

1) Educational Qualification:-

A Graduate Degree from a recognized University or
An equivalent qualification

2) Age Limit:-

The BPSC Age Limit for General Category male competitors is:
Minimum age – 20 years
Maximum age – 37 years

General Female/ OBC/ OBC (Male/Female) - 40 years
ST / SC (Male/Female) - 42 years.
