I'm Ravivarma. I'm studying final year B.E.
In the eligibility criteria,i saw only degree holders only allow to annend the CSAT
exam. But i want a clear answer about the eligibility. Can I attend the CSAT preliminary exam?

Dear sir,
I have B.tech degree but that is in form 10,diploma,degree i am not studied 2 now i am eligible for csat or not

I think, It is true ghat you saw,. Only graduation degree holder candidates are eligible for this civil service examination, of which CSAT (CIVIL SERVICE APTITUDE TEST) is a part.
Thorugh this civil service examination one can apply for the INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE (IAS) & INDIAN POLICE SERVICE (IPS) posts. This civil service examination is conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC) every year.

So final year candidates of the graduations are not eligible for this examination.
This civil service examination requires at least a graduation degree in any stream but from a recognized college.

The age limit for this examination is 21-30 years,.. There are 3 & 5 years of the age limit relaxations are also applicable for the OBC & SC\ST candidates respectively.



Civil service examination has three stages to be clear--

1. CSAT
2. MAINS
3. INTERVIEW.
