I am an lecturer in private college and obc candidate. I am married and my husband is employee of MSEDCL. I want to know can i avail non creamy layer certificate. plz rpely its urgent....plz help me sir

You are not eligible for non creamy layer certificate because :

Income of your family ( you & your husband) is more than 4.5 Lakh
Your husband is at Gazetted post, such people are not entitled for OBC quota.

So, you can't apply for OBC non creamy certificate.

Im a PSU employ, income more than 10 lakh per annum. I want to continue my higher studies MTech by applying education leave from company. I recently cleared GATE-2018 also. Shall i avail OBC certificate and use OBC category at the time of admission. my father is a former whose income is below 2lakhs.
