You can pursue Indo Allopathy Medicine course after pusuing 10+2 with Biology but it is not legalised by the Medicine council of India.
Three acts were passed in the medical history. Though many institutes/colleges claim it to be registered under Central Govt. Act of 1860, but no such Act exist.
  • Indian Medical Council Act 1956 which legally recognises MBBS course.
  • Central Council of Indian Medicine Act 1970 which recognizes BAMS and BUMS,
  • Central Council of Homeopathic Medicine Act 1973 which recognizes BAMS
