As you are commence student and are going to complete your bachelor's degree or I say under graduate.
I will say yes you can do interior designing course not at bachelor's degree but at master's degree only .
Only you need to prepare for UCEED exam which is entrance exam for admission in any designing course for masters for all colleges across India.

So just start preparing for UCEED and crack it and get admission in college for your wish for course if your wish.
