LLB is offered only through regular classes and is the only undergraduate course in Law which enables a candidate to practice in the court of Law. If you opt for other courses in Law offered by various institutes through distance mode, it won't make you eligible to practice in court and neither you will be eligible to practice a a professional lawyer by becoming an associate member of Bar Council of India.
The LLB course is regulated by the Bar Council of India and as per their guidelines, the courses in Law, offered through distance mode by any university will not be recognized and accepted by the Council and as a result, those candidates pursuing such courses will not be considered eligible to take up Law as a profession.
