Yes,
On the basis of your 10th score which should be above 50% you can get admission to any Polytechnic college in Maharashtra. You should had to apply for ARC-CAP round. So now you have only option i.e., admission from management quota. Goodluck!!

i am write polytechnic entrance exam in 2013 not join any college and this means {2014} last admit card join any college is it possible join college

I have written polycet exam and passed but not joined in any college so is possible to join polytechnic on the basis of that result
