MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test .This exam is conduct 4 times in a year .

The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University .Final year student in any undergraduate can also apply.

You have completed BBA degree so you are applicable for MBA course .Your graduation marks is below 50% so you are applicable MAT exam .You will get good college through MAT score .

MBA is a Post Graduation Course and can be done after completing your Graduation.

There are many Institutes and Universities offering this two year course.

Selection procedure for the MBA course involves:
>> Written Test
>> Group Discussion
>> Interviews


MBA written Tests that you can appear are:

MAT- Minimum Eligibilty to apply is Graduation pass.This test is conducted by AIMA.

CAT- Minimum Eligibilty is Graduation pass with minimum 50% marks for general and OBC candidates and 45% marks for the SC/ST candidates.

SNAP- This exam is conducted by Symbiosis, Minimum Eligibilty is Graduation pass with minimum 50% marks.

XAT- Minimum Eligibilty is Graduation pass

To get calls from Good MBA colleges you have to get atleast 95 percentile marks in the all these written tests.

After this you would be called by colleges for the next rounds that is Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

XAT 2014 Dates:
XAT Registration- 12th August to 22nd November 2013
XAT exams- 5th January 2014
XAT admit card can be downloaded from 18th to 31st Dec 2013

Eligibility Criteria:

1.You should have completed your graduation degree from a recognized university.
2.You should have secured at least 50% in your graduation.
3.There is 5% relaxation in the required graduation percentage for SC/ST/PH students.
4.There is no age limit to appear in this test.

Most of the MBA entrance examination ask for 50% marks in the Graduation. But you have less than 50% marks in BBA so you will miss out on most of the MBA entrance examination.

There are only few entrance exam which don't have 50% criteria for MBA admission.

Some of the entrance exam which requires takes Graduates with less that 50% marks are :

AIMA - MAT

ATMA - AIMS Test

XLRI - XAT

For above test Graduation with any percentage of marks are eligible to apply.

Exam Pattern:

The exam is objective type and will have questions related to following sections.

-Data Interpretation

-Quantitative Ability

-Logical Reasoning

-Verbal Ability

So concentrate on above topics for these entrance exams.

There will be negative mark for wrong answers.
