Can I get any good college in north India for M.Tech after scoring 24 marks in computer science in GATE?

i got 24 marks in computer science stream in gate 2012
GATE Score: 207
All India Rank: 50810
can i get any good college(govt. or private) in north india for m tech??

There is no chance of getting admission in any good government college after scoring 24 marks out of 100 in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering for Master of Technology admission.

For admission in good engineering college of government for Master of Technology, a candidate must score at least 50 marks in GATE exam then only, he/she can get admission in good college along with stipend for pursuing Master of Technology.
