No you can't . unless you have a certain piece of land or home in your name at MP

it is very difficult.........in order to get what you want...u need to take join the the institutions of the same state. after you complete the degree you can go ahead with next step.....and son on

I am out side mp but I want to make domicile to get admission in mbbs college

I want to ask a question my friend have madhya Pradesh domicile certificate and he becoming assistance engineer from mppsc but there is some difficulty in verification to get this job because he belongs to Pune bt his education is completed in madhya Pradesh and since 2002 he get the mp domicile of itarsi district bt the problem is that the SDM of itarsi doesn't approved his certificate and he said brought the documents of father grandfather but they belongs to Pune how does he brought all those type of document .
Plz sir help me what should I do?
