Mathematics is a compulsory subject at the class 10 level of the Madhya Pradesh board. This is quite interesting subject with formula and numerical sums. It is a base subject for the many higher courses so many students like this subject.

Division of the paper:

There is total of 17 questions. Question 1 contains 5 sub sections each containing 5 marks with multiple choices. Ques. 2-10 carry 4 marks each. Ques. 11-15 carry 5 marks each and question 16 & 17 contains 6 marks each.

Time allotted for the examination and marks:

The time allowed for this paper is three hours and total marks are 100.

The Paper pattern:

The question is printed in Hindi. There is a total of 17 questions in this paper. Ques. 1 contains 5 sub sections carrying 1 mark for each question. The questions in this section are objective type. Rest o the 16 questions are compulsory having internal choice. Ques. 2-10 contains 4 marks each. Ques. 11-15 carries 5 marks each and ques. 16 & 17 carry 6 marks each. The question paper is balanced with 50% easy questions, 35% average questions and 15% hard questions.
