Can i get a job if i hav 1year gap after 12th,2years gap after UG and 2years gap after PG. Pls suggest me. Pls inform me if there are companies which can hire me.

Hi friend,

Its difficult for you to get a good job with this much break in your

studies. At least you must have tried in any campus interview at the time of

finishing PG. But don't worry some small companies will be there for giving jobs

for you if you have correct reason for your break in studies.

no way u will not get .. iam one among this issue.. i did BE worked 2 years now did ME finally no job .. u wil get job in teaching field 100 percent

I have complited BE (EEE)in 2009 ....Now i am working in hardware side .....now i am planning to shift in software side .....i have 1 year experience ....is this experience countable in software side......which course is better to do.....please suggest me i am in lot of confusion....

hie, i have 2yrs gap between 10th and 12th,now I'm doing my graduation in correspondence in Sikkim manipal university,Bsc nt(network technology)and i completed networking courses like MCITP,RHCE,CCNA,CCNP,plz help me is there any problem in MNC compines.,,

Dear friend,

TCS is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.

The criteria is given below:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 60% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 2 year gap are allowed.

The Selection process for TCS:-

1)Aptitude Test.
2)Technical Test
3)Personal Interview.

You have 3 year gap so you are not eligible for TCS .

i completed BE in 2011 and now means 2012 am interested to go for M E but a year gap b/w UG AND PG will cause some problem for placements in pg ?

my friend failed in 12 bec her parents dath she was so disturb then after 1 years gap she took addmission to diploma but in diploma she had fail in second year then after completed diploma she completed SAP course but she had problem in got job so this gap is important in job

Its not an issue. Education has no age limits. Its only the companies that create limit, because they don't have enough vacancies or projects. So they consider only too much perfect people, so they could avoid those people with career breaks, low percentage. Studying PG after a gap is not a problem, if PG still has its value in the society, excluding all those unwanted filters, limits. After all, its very worth studying PG, no matter at what age, it still got value. If somebody with a PG degree is umemployed, then something is wrong with the society's employment status or may be as someone said above, PG is considered only for teacher/lecturer jobs ? Funny thing, why does a "Master of Engineering/Technology/Business" needs to get a teacher job ? while the "by luck no career gap Bachelor degree holders" work as engineers ??

Not an issue. Doing UG has more credits than UG, no matter at what age its been pursued. And if career gaps becomes the reason for not getting a job, its not the fault of the student, rather its the fault of the university and government for failing to provide proper education or job. Today's employment status is less promising to the younger generation, as said above, PG graduates, especially with career gaps have good opportunity for Teacher/Lecturer jobs ?? Pointless. If PG is still higher valued than UG, then all PG graduates must get a better career than those "Luckily I had no career-gap" UG graduates with their professional jobs !

I passed 10th in 2005. after 10th I joined 12th 2007.in the final exam I was failed.then I appear next yr then also I failed.i was not interested to give the next exam.but afeter that joined diploma 2009-12.then I persuing my btech 2012-15.my question is is there any problem while getting a job with a 4 year gap between 10th to diploma and plse tell how Will I prepared my resume.
