No, you can’t apply for IBPS exam after 12th. Graduation is the basic qualification required for IBPS clerk and P.O. Subject of study at degree level is not a restriction in attending the exam. For clerical post, age of the candidate must be between 18 and 28 years. Those between 21 and 30 years can apply for IBPS P.O common written exam.

Yes, you can give upcoming IBPS exam after passing 12th provided you fulfill the required eligibility criteria.
IBPS - Institute of Banking Personal selection conducts exam for bank Clerical and P.O.(Probationary Officer) job for 19 Public Sector banks. The eligible candidate aspiring for IBPS Clerical exam, must be an Indian National having completed 10th with 60% marks OR having completed 12th with 50% marks in any stream from a recognised Board OR having completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 18 to 28 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good knowledge over computer operation. The candidate aspiring for IBPS P.O. exam must be an Indian National having completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised Universiy within the age of 20 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good command over computer operation. Unfortunately you can not apply for any banking exams conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Services. The minimum qualification to appear for any exam is a graduation degree. Therefore if you are really interested in banking job, I will suggest you to complete graduation.
Earlier the candidates were eligible to apply for the IBPS Bank Clerk exam after passing 12th standard. But that was changed to graduation degree recently by IBPS upon the request of the Public Sector Banks. Public Sector Banks are the ones that participates in the exams conducted by the IBPS. There are total of 19 banks that accept the score of IBPS exams:- Allahabad Bank Andhra Bank Bank of Baroda Bank of Maharashtra Bank of India Central Bank of India Canara Bank Dena Bank Corporation Bank Indian Overseas Bank Indian Bank Punjab National Bank Oriental Bank of Commerce Syndicate Bank Punjab & Sind Bank United Bank of India Union Bank of India Vijaya Bank UCO Bank IBPS Clerk Eligibility 1. A bachelor degree in any discipline. 2. There is no percentage requirement. 3. A diploma/degree in computers or Computers/IT should be a subject in 12th or college. 4. Age limit is 20 to 28 years for IBPS Clerk. 5. Age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC. 6. SC/ST get 5 years relaxation. 7. The relaxation is 10 years for PWD. IBPS Bank PO 1. A graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. 2. There is no minimum percentage criteria. 3. Age limit for the exam is 20 to 30 years with relaxation of 3 years for OBC 5 years for SC/ST 10 years for PWD |

Sorry 12th pass are not eligible for IBPS examination. You must have at least Graduation in any discipline to become eligible for any IBPS examination. For IBPS PO 60% marks is required but for IBPS Clerk just Graduation pass marks .
For IBPS Clerk age limit is 18 to 28 years for General category.The age limit for IBPS PO exam is 21 to 30 years if you are a General category candidate. Age relaxation is available according to the government rules for reserved categories. SC/ST - 5 years relaxation OBC - 3 years relaxation PWD - 10 years relaxation So you can calculate your age limit according to the category you belong . You have to appear for following stages for IBPS PO exam: -Written examination which will be an objective type paper having questions related to reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, english and computer knowledge. Negative mark will be given for wrong answer. -If you clear cutoff marks in above then you will be called for Interview and Group Discussion.
