MCA stands for Master in Computer Application .The duration of this course in 3 years with 6 semester .

The Educational Qualification for MCA course in Pune is that you should passed your graduation degree from recognized university with 50% marks .Your 12th or graduation degree subject must be mathematics .If you are from SC/ST category then graduation marks required 45% .

MCA stands for Masters in Computer Application. It is a post graduate course whose duration is three years and the course has been broken into six semesters. The demand of this course right now is very high among those students as the job prospect of this course is very high.

If you wish to do MCA then you need to possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline first from a recognized university. Along with that it is important for you to have minimum 50% of marks in aggregate at graduation level to be considered eligible.

Apart from that you also need to have mathematics as a compulsory subject at 10+2 level or you can also have this subject at graduation level as well. Final year students who are just about to sit for the final exam or awaiting the result of the final exam can also sit for this exam.

To get admission in the Pune, you must have to write the MH-CET MCA test which is conducted by the DTE, Maharashtra because all the colleges of Pune fill by the MH-CET test and if you want to take admission in the Pune University then or Forgussan College, Pune then you have to write the these institution test which is self conduct.

The eligibility to write the MH-CET test is any graduate passed out or appearing which have studied maths in the 12th std. are eligible for the MCA test.
