I have completed my graduation with B.com(general) and secure 36.54% can i go for executive programme without appearing foundation programme whereas passed 12th standard with 49%.

YES, you will get direct admission in the CS Executive course since you have completed your graduation.
Marks is the not the criteria in the Graduation.


Cut Off Dates for Admission to Executive Course
28th February for December Exams in the same year
31st August for June Exam next year

Fees for the executive stage is Rs 7000 for the Commerce Graduates.

There are 6 papers that you have to give in the ICSI executive level
>> General and Commercial Laws
>> Company Accounts, cost and management accounting
>> Tax Laws
>> Company Laws
>> Economic and Labour Laws
>> Securities Laws and Compliances

[B]Before you appear for the ICSI Executive level term end exams than you have to complete the following[/B]
>> Student Induction Programme (SIP)-7 days
>> 70 Hours Compulsory Computer Training requirement
>> Compulsory Coaching Requirement

You have scored really low marks in your B.com and also in Your 12th but still there is good thing about you is that you are eligible for both Company Secretary and Cost and management Accounting (Executive )Course if your university from where you have done your Graduation .

ELIGIBILITY FOR ICWAI AND CS

10+2 passed or equivalent qualification.

Graduated can enroll for II stage examination and can skip the I stage.

No marks and age limit is there in these courses.


There are 3 stages in ICWAI and in Company Secretary

• FOUNDATION
• EXECUTIVE
• FINAL

CS and ICWAI are very reputed and recognized courses and if you devote regular study time in these courses you could do it in time.

Duration of CS and ICWAI is around 3 years (minimum)for Graduates.

Fee Structure of these course is around 30000/- for Gradautes.

Examinations of Both courses are held twice in a year in june and december for june terms student need to apply before dec 5 of previous year and for december exam you have to apply for before june 5.
