Dear friend yes you can surely join in AIR-FORCE because there is vacancy available..............

but if you seat in on-campus interview and they can selected you then you go through SSB which is taken in main office............


you are apply for off-campus also that's why you can take jobs in AIR-FORCE
and this area so much jobs is available you can apply...........

Career In Air Force !!

There are Two modes through which you can Join Indian Air Force.

One is Air Force common Admission Test,Its a common Entrance test for Flying Branch, Technical Branch, Ground Duty officer

You need to be 60% aggregate in all your Years in graduation.

Secondly CDSE i.e Combined Defense Service Examination which held twice in a year and conducted by union public service commission board of India.

Through This Exam You can join Either Army , Air Force or Navy as per as your Choice filled during Filling of application Form.

Eligibility For IAF i.e Indian Air force, You must be A Graduate with Bachelor's of Engineering & age should be 19 years to 23 years.

As you are A Bachelor of Engineering in Civil there For you are Eligible For IAF.

Dear friend ,

You can join IAF through the following ways-
Through AFCAT(Air Forrce Common Admission Test) :-

Eligibility criteria-

At least 60% marks in Graduation.

Important Dates:-
Last Date for receipt of application: 22nd February 2011
Last Date for receipt of application for far flung areas candidates: 1st march 2011.
Date of Air force Common Admission Test(AFCAT): 27th march 2011

And Through CDSE(Combined Defense Services examination)-

Qualification required- Any graduate degree/BE/B Tech degree and having passed Physics and maths in class 12th.

Age limit- 19-23 years

Month of exam- It is conducted twice a year. In the month of April and September.

In educational criteria you are eligible but please be assure that whether you are fit in the physical standrad parameter.

See one thing that you don't mention your age,educational qualification etc..So it is very hard to say about this question.
But don't take pressure as you are a civil engineer(B.Tech) then surely you will get chance for Air force.

definitely, you can join Air Force as a civil eng. The only things its required depend on the percentage of your degree. the minimum requirement for the qualification of Air Force is 65% for General and 60% for ST/SC/OBC.

As an engineer you can join the Indian Airforce and literally touch the skies.You are eligible for both Flying and Technical Branches.
There are 2 methods to realize your dreams:

1.Flying Branch:

1.1Common Defece Service Examination(CDSE): (For Men only)

The CDSE is conducted by the UPSC. Men can take this exam to join the Flying Branch.
This provides permanent commission.

Eligibility Criteria:

*Age:
19-23 Years of age.

*Marital status:
Single

*Educational Qualification:
Graduate from any discipline, with physics and Mathematics at 10+2.
Final Year students can also apply.

*Advertisement schedule:
April and September.


2.Technical Branch:

2.1University Entry Scheme(UES): (For Men only)
You can join the Technical Branch through the UES.You will be eligible for permanent commission under this scheme.

Eligiblity Criteria:

*Age
18 to 28 years

*Marital Status
Candidates below the age of 25 years should be Unmarried.

*Educational Qualification:
The candidate must be currently studying in Pre-final year of BE / B Tech degree course and must have secured minimum of 60% marks in aggregate upto the last semester for which results have been declared, at the time of applying. There must be No backlogs of papers of previous semesters. On completion of degree, minimum 60% of marks in aggregate in all papers put togehther are mandatory.


2.2Direct Entry Scheme:

After completion of engineerig, you can join the Airforce through the Direct Entry Scheme. Valid for both men and women.

Eligibility Criteria:

*Age
18 to 28 years

*Marital Status
Candidates below the age of 25 years should be Unmarried.

*Educational Qualification:
Four year degree qualification and secured a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together from a recognised university.

i m having science in 12th can i join iaf as a pilot after doing bba ??

Iam doing my BE-Mechanical, second semester, can i join in Indian Air Force as engineer by completing my BE in Indian Air Force institution? Or How can i apply to the engineer post ,now?
