The candidate should have completed 12th in any stream preferably Science stream with at least 50% marks with Mathematics as one of the subject of studies from a recognized Board.

Your age shouldn't be bellow 17 years.

I don't think that doing BCA will be a good choice. Although fact is that many colleges do not have any admission criteria for BCA. So, whether you are having 48% in your graduation aggregate or 40% or 56% doesn't matter. But those colleges cannot give you good campus placements. The colleges that can provide you so will not accept candidates below 50%. Then which way would you want to go? In my opinion do some government affiliated courses like 'O' level or 'A' level. These courses are equivalent to higher studies and will offer you jobs also. But since these are computer science related I would request you to get admitted in some computer science crash courses too. There is one organization called MyWBUT which offers courses on different computer science subjects. You might think of getting admitted in few such courses.
