Can I pursue correspondence MSc(Nursing) being a Nurse in a Government hospital under 3 years probation period?

I have completed my Post Basic BSc Nursing in around 2 years ago. From the last year I started my job in a Govt hospital. But there is a probation period that we have to wait 3 years or more for in-service MSc Nursing. So I just want to know that can we do MSc nursing through correspondence?
