Yes, you can certainly do so. I would like you to know that CBSE is only going to assess only those application form for which they have received the confirmation page. Untill and Unless you haven't sent the confirmation page along with required documents including the demand draft, CBSE is not going to have a look at the online application form. Therefore, if you haven't yet sent the confirmation page and the fee amount, you can definitely refill the online application form and get yourself a now confirmation page to send it to the CBSE.
