ya ofcourse you can fill the form if you are eligible for it, see below eligiblity, if you get 50% marks then you can fill the form.
The candidate should have passed the H.S.(10+2) or its equivalent examination. The general candidates must have to secure at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. |

Admission to MCA Course offered by the different Government / Private Engineering Colleges, Universities and Institutions of the State of West Bengal during the academic session 2009-10 is open to candidates who are Indian citizens and who have either passed or are appearing in the Bachelor's degree final examination in any discipline from any recognized university with Mathematics and / or Statistics as one of the Subjects in 10+2+3 pattern subject to the condition that they have to appear and qualify in the Written Test to be conducted by the "West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board".

dear friend ypu can sure appear for JECA exam, but there is a problem for outside students that there is no any seat in government college for outside students, means fully reserved for WB students.
but you can take admission in several private engineering college. All the best. |

yes you are eligible for the exam ,if you are having 50 % marks in the +2 level. So do not worry for that.And try to crack the JECA exam .... All the best.. |
