I have recently completed my Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Am I eligible to join either Air Force or Indian Navy? If yes, then when and how can I apply? What about government jobs in Andhra Pradesh state?

Diploma holders can join Indian Navy .
Interested candidates can apply through NDA, conducted by UPSC twice a year.

The age of candidate should be between 21 years.
Must be an unmarried Indian citizen .

Those who have completed class 12th or diploma course
Or
2 year vocational course with non vocational subjects i.e physics and maths are eligible for Airforce Group X
They also have to fulfill physical as well as medical standards to become eligible.
No prior experience is required for this requirement.
