no dear,
it is not possible , because to open a pharmacy store you have to require a registration certificate, which only you can receive if your college is approved by pharmacy counsil of india(PCI) otherwise not.

to open a medical store, only there is diploma in pharmacy sufficient, there is not required for b. pharma, if you aim is only open a medical store, because b.pharma is time consume process.

and on the base of your b.pharma degree you can open only one medical store.

In complience with PCI norm, the college has to establish the facility and infrastcture meeting with the regulalatory body norm. If the college is just started and has not given any passout batch thatmeans they have to follow the code of conduct. PCI inspects surprisely at regular interval till they get satisfy with the norm that college complies. If it complies than they are liable to get under section 12 approval which allows students to get registered with state pharmacy council.
That mean by doing so you are registered pharmacist can apply in goverment job or practises professionally. With out it you can't.

Ya you can open maximum 3medical stored and u are able to get 3 liscences of drug store afrer completong b.pharm
