no you cant without pci registeration but mostly diploma is applicable

no you cannot open medical or pharmacy store if you have completed B.Pharm from a non recognized college from pharmacy council of India. it must require D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a recognized college BY pharmacy council of India.

no dear,
it is not possible , because to open a pharmacy store you have to require a registration certificate, which only you can receive if your college is approved by pharmacy counsil of india(PCI) otherwise not.

to open a medical store, only there is diploma in pharmacy sufficient, there is not required for b. pharma, if you aim is only open a medical store, because b.pharma is time consume process.

and on the base of your b.pharma degree you can open only one medical store.
