Career in wildlife sciences?
SIR Iam pursuing bsc zoology hons from amu ,i would like to continue my further studies in the wild life sciences because it is a subject of my interest so, i want to know is this a better option.

yeah you can take up the option if you are interested in it...below are some option that you will have after doing your wildlife studies
Animal refuge or shelter manager Wildlife agent Wildlife officer Conservation wildlife manager Wildlife Service employee wildlife technician Wildlife biologist Wildlife photographer to name a few..... |

There are very wide career in this field, Those with Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the intermediate level can go for B.Sc Forestry course. Further the masters level offers specialisation in subjects like Forest Management, Commercial Forestry, Forest Economics, Wood Science & Technology, Wildlife Science. After completing Master courses in wildlife, then you will get jobs in foresters, dendrologists, ethologists, entomologists, silviculturists, forest range officers, zoo curators etc.......... |

Sir, last year i have completed my bachelor degree in Zoology honors , i wanted to know the best options so that i can try for and as well as that i am interested in wild life and wanted to work in renown non governement organistaion so that i can spend my life in the fiels which i aslpire to become, please provide me some suggestiopns as well as any wild life related exams so that i can try for . i would ber really grateful to you .

Hi friend
you choose a good option, most of them don't go for that, so student is less vacancy is more, but salary is less, you should go for higher studies in that like MSc and then continue your Phd there itself, then it will be very much useful, because you are interested in that subject that why? make your health in good condition,Best of luck |

I don't too much about these but one thing i must say that with limited and decreasing no. of forest , you career in this option is limited and decreasing. The are my personal thinking but you can join for forest managment, conservationist,zoo curators and other post |

There are many option for career in wild life science..
you can become RESEARCH FELLOW or RESEARCH ASSOCIATE. you can do Masters’ Degree in Wildlife Sciences/Biological Sciences or Doctorate degree in Zoology/ Botany/ Wildlife Sciences/Environmental Sciences/ Life Sciences.!!! |

Sir I m from Northeast India and I have already completed my M.Sc in Ecology and Environmental Science with specialization in Wildlife Conservation in this year and I m also interested in Herpetology work. So, Sir can you please let me know what are the jobs available in this field...?

i am doing engineering . but i have a very strong interest in snakes and animals .so i want to make it as my carrier so can u suggest me about should i do to become a professional herpetologist .so i need ur help regarding these matter so plese help me .
