Dear friend

you can not change your university in the 2nd year.

if you want to change it then you have to start your BCA from 1st year from a new

university. In this way you will lost your one year. Now the decision is yours.

Thank you

Hello friend,

I don't think that at second year of your academic session you can change college. It would be possible when you were at 1st year of your course.

Though you can try to talk with the college authorities or administration about this and may be they can help you any way.

Good luck!
