(i) there is an institute named Indian Statistical Institute(ISI) offering
m.tech without GATE exam inkolkata.
(ii)if you want to do m.tech in governement colleges like IIT's & NIT's they reserved some seats for Quality Information Product(QIP) by this you can join.

sir i am having a valid gate-2014 score of 400 in mechanical engineering branch and i am sure with this score i am not able to get any iit or nit in thermal engineering but sir i am qualified in state govt.exam for assistant engineer my question is i want to do M tech in thermal engineering please tell me with this score can i get admission in part time or sponsored M tech programs in IIT. i will be thankful to you if you guide me .

I have completed my B.Tech in ECE with CGPA of 8.16 from WBUT and also belongs to SC community. I want to take admission in M.Tech colleges in West Bengal without GATE.
