Re: Company secretary after MBA? Is it a good choice?
Company Secretary course is a good choice. After completion of the course your job profile will be in the area of corporate law. If you are interested in the same you must pursue the course. But if will be advisable to pursue the course along with working. It will be good if you have some work experience too.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Is it true that company secretary course is as tough as ca or icwa? like CA do we get any job after intermediate level? I did my MBA(finance) without Bcom back ground. Many say Bcom background is benificial to this course. Is it true? In how many years can the course be completed? Supriya |
