company secretaryship course is divided into three sections
Foundation
Executive
Professional programme
After the final exam the candidates has to undergo practical training

Foundation Programme :

Duration : 8 months
students are required to pass the foundation examination within 3 years from the date of their admission
candidates who passed senior secondary or equivalent recognized by central givt can apply for the foundation course

Subjects :

English & business communication
Economics & statistics
Financial Accounting
Elements of business laws & management

Executive programme :
candidate passed in foundation course & not less than 17 years of age

Subjects:
General & commercial laws
Company accounts & cost & management Accounting
Tax laws
Company law
economic , labour laws
securities laws & compliances

Final Programme :
A candidates should register for the professional programme at least nine months

Subjects :
company secretarial practice
drafting , Appearances & pleadings
financial , treasury & forex management
business ethics & sustainability
