As you have less marks in your 12th so you won't be able to get into a good college.
For you, the best field would be the mass communication sector, as it does not require much of the studies in degree. It's a good field where you can analyse yourself in the field of journalism. Or you can take bachelor of arts as your graduation course which can also help you achieving the degree easily.

The percentage you have secured is very less and there are very less courses (such as B.A) in which you can take admission further. You can try in for admission in some well-known private colleges, which are as follows:
1) Lovely Professional University
2) SRM University
3) Manipal University

Check their website for eligibility criteria and admission process.
