Which course will be good to pursue while studying MSc 5 year integrated course in Physics?

My son has been admitted for MSc 5year integrated course In Physics at Pondicherry University through admission test.Pl advise whether this course will be good for his career & future wise also inform me reputation of the university.

What is mean by inregrated phd? I completed my M.Sc. in Physic. Am I applicable to attend this Phd admission.

My daughter studying sicnce 10th class in coimbatore(2009 to till now). Can she get admission into 5 year integrated course in psg tech-coimbatore? what are the requirements for getting admission?
