Respected sir,
Now i'm doing my U.G final year in BscPhysics. i'm a intersted candidate to learn new things.Now i want to know about the courses what we can do after U.G ,in same field of Physics.

For doing M.Tech in IIT you need to give the GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) exam first with minimum 60% marks in graduation.GATE exam is taken in many branches like computer,IT,electronics and telecommunication,instrumentation,electrical,mecha nical,etc.You should take GATE exam in that stream in which you have done graduation.Like IIT-JEE you have two attempts for taking the GATE exam and you can start preparing for it during the final year of engineering.Also minimum 60% marks are required in 10+2 to be eligible for taking the GATE exam.

Defiantly you are eligible for GATE exam
because which candidate who has complete 2nd yrs of your engineering is eligibile for the GATE .
Eventhen GATE score card is valid for 2yrs..

so you can apply for this exam. without any problem ...

You need to write GATE exam at the final year only.you can not attend for exam in the 3rd year.If you get good score in GATE then you can get admitted in top colleges.IIT's,NIT's and even local univeristies offer M.tech.Select your desired college .After M.tech you can even go for further studies like MS,MBA etc.
